If you do not wish to go to the theme parks, you may do whatever you like on your own, however; this tour's cost includes the admission fees to the theme parks. If you opt out of the theme parks, you will not be given a refund or discount for the unused tickets.

You will have to come in before 11:00 a.m. for the first day's tour. The tour takes place from the airport to the hotel. The first day's tour is a brief overview of the region stated.
The tour guide will arrange all meals. They will choose meals and locations that are best for the group. You simply pay for your own meals.
We do not quite know what you mean by "alternative than taxis". Please review the question.
You may go off on your own, however; additional meal options may not be available at all times.
There is no dedicated lunch time. The tour guide will arrange the time depending on the schedule for that day.

This tour departs from Flagstaff, AZ. It will not pick up from MGM Grand Hotel in LV.
This tour visits the south rim (National Park side) of the Grand Canyon. If you wish to visit the Skywalk and have an optional Helicopter and Boat Ride, you must visit the Grand Canyon west rim.

Tour prices are subject to hotel availability. If hotels are sold out, we will offer similar hotels of the same grade at the same price, or a hotel upgrade option for an upgrade fee. If you should need to upgrade your hotel, due to standard hotel sell out, we reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice, in order to continue processing your reservation.Please note that due to holiday season and the tour sell very well, our LA non-upgraded hotels may become SOLD OUT at any time. If you want to book your tour departing during that time, in order to keep a smooth journey, please make sure to upgrade your LA hotel.
If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m, please arrange your flight information after your tour has been confirmed by us accordingly. Please note that if you are under the age of 21, you are not allowed to gamble, drink, or walk around the casino alone. You must be with someone at least the age of 21, at all times.

Typically single travelers are around the ages of 18-30. Although we cannot guarantee the age of the travelers, you will be sure to find friendly travelers on our tours.
